WhosOn defines itself as a specialist for niche projects, while still offering a robust out of the box chat service. They have the possibility for cloud-based, on-premise, or hybrid deployment.

All their plans include a multitude of features and integration options. They also offer paid options like an AI chatbot, remote desktop control, and real-time, two-way translation in 100 languages.

Their most simple plan starts at $33 per month for one agent. A 30 days free trial is available.

Social Intents offers a basic chat widget that focuses on integration with third parties.

Besides the live chat, Social Intents has apps for conversion popups and feedback forms available. They offer plugins for Shopify, WordPress, Bigcommerce, and Wix. You can set up your own chatbot through Google-owned Dialogflow.

Their plans start at $39 for two agents and up to 200 chat sessions per month. The more expensive plans include unlimited agents. They have a 14-day free trial available.
