Intercom has several pricing schemes, depending on your needs and the size of your company. Free trials are available. They require a credit card and for you to cancel your subscription in time which is a considerable downside.

What is Gorgias?


Gorgias offers an extensive product that helps DTC companies (Shopify, and other online e-commerce businesses) with support and live-chat throughout their supply chain and delivery, monitoring your socials as well as allowing customers to chat with you on your website.

Gorgias comes with a monthly pricing plan, starting at $10 per month for 3 seats with 50 tickets included. Tickets outside the plan will cost you $0.40 per ticket. This plan is also limited in channels and integrations. Their Basic plan for $60 per month gives you 300 tickets and

Unique about Gorgias is their Academy, where they offer Agent training next to regular account setups. You have to have an account in order to access these documents, but the academy contents are free.
