Founded in 2011, Help Scout has been a promotor of fully remote companies long before it reached mainstream popularity in mid-2020. With over 12.000 customers, they are a prominent player in the support-desk space. Help Scout is also a certified B-Corp.

Help Scout is a communication platform that helps teams across an organization have better conversations with their customers. What is Rumbletalk?


RumbleTalk is an online group chat platform for websites and virtual events. It offers 5 Chat Types you can use anytime:

  1. Members Chat
    A closed group chat exclusively for your members. This can be used with a log-in system or integration of your own user base.
    Use it for: Private communities and VIP sites

  2. Queued Chat
    A moderated group chat with a designated administrator that can screen messages before it goes live.
