What is melibo?


The German chatbot company melibo combines live chat with AI Chatbots. The chatbot is there for your customers 24/7 and answers all those repetitive questions, while your agents can focus on more critical and complex inquiries.

melibo’s primary focus still seems to be on the German market but they are shifting to a more international approach with the addition of an English version of their website. The chatbot’s learning can be done in multiple languages through DeepL Translator. The chatbot on their website only speaks German, though. 750
