Help Scout is a communication platform that helps teams across an organization have better conversations with their customers. What is Gorgias?


Gorgias offers an extensive product that helps DTC companies (Shopify, and other online e-commerce businesses) with support and live chat throughout their supply chain and delivery, monitoring your socials as well as allowing customers to chat with you on your website.

Unique about Gorgias is its Academy, where they offer Agent training next to regular account setups. You need a subscription in order to access these documents, but the academy content itself is free.
