Founded in 2011, Help Scout has been a promotor of fully remote companies long before it reached mainstream popularity in mid-2020. With over 12.000 customers, they are a prominent player in the support-desk space. Help Scout is also a certified B-Corp.

Help Scout is a communication platform that helps teams across an organization have better conversations with their customers. What is Chatra?


Chatra, a live chat solution targeted mostly at small and medium-sized businesses, was bought by Sendinblue in 2021. It’s been announced that Chatra will merge into Sendinblue’s complete digital marketing and e-commerce suite.

The company profiles itself with its personal approach to customers, although they report having over 45,000 customers. Chatra hosts a self-published book and guides section on the website to help you improve your customer relation game.
